How to update or change PHP Version in cPanel?

A cPanel supports multiple versions of PHP. With this article, we will see how to change the PHP version for a domain or website.

To change the PHP version, follow these steps:

  1. Login to cPanel and select the “MultiPHP Manager” option from the software section.
  2. Here, you will see all your domains and subdomains. Select the domain/subdomain for which you want to change the PHP version.
  3. Now select your desired PHP version from the “PHP Version” dropdown menu of the right corner of the page.
  4. Click on the “Apply” button.

Congratulations! You have changed the PHP version of your domain/subdomain.
